The friendly staff contributed a lot to the experience. However, there were a few issues that cropped up. The unexpected parking fee was disappointing. Staffing appeared a bit stretched, affecting service speed at times. The elevator access could be improved for seniors as well. But all in all, the overall experience was satisfying because of the excellent breakfast and cozy room setup.
